- Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Set aside.
- Spread pizza sauce on pizza shells. Top with chicken slices, sage, cheese, and pepper rounds.
- Place the pizzas on the oven rack. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until crusts are slightly crispy.
- Serve with a green salad.
