Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) 35% whipping cream

1 tbsp (15 mL) honey

3 oz (90 mL) coffee cream liqueur (optional)

1 tsp (5 mL) ground cardamom

1 (400 g) Compliments Swiss Milk Chocolate & Nougat Bar, chopped

Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring a small amount of hot water to a gentle simmer.
- Add the cream, honey, coffee cream liqueur (if using) and cardamom and heat at medium, stirring, until steaming. Remove pan from heat and stir in the chocolate until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a fondue pot and carefully place on the fondue burner.
Suggested accompaniments:
- Chunks of cut fruit: strawberries, bananas, kiwis, grapes, clementines, etc.
- Marshmallows
