                            1 L (4 cups) your favourite fruit juice
                        
                            1 L (4 cups) Tangerine-Lime Sparkling Water Beverage
                        
                            To taste, drops of lemon juice
                        
                            4 to 5 ice cubes
                         
                Tropical punch
            
                
                        
                            1 L (4 cups) passion fruit juice
                        
                            500 ml (2 cups) Cranberry Raspberry Cocktail
                        
                            500 ml (2 cups) pineapple juice
                        
                            50 ml (1/4 cup) lime juice
                        
                            4 to 5 ice cubes
                        
                            A few watermelon chunks (to add to each glass)
                         
                Smoothie
            
                
                        
                            1 L (4 cups) orange juice (or other juice)
                        
                            750 ml (3 cups) milk
                        
                            500 ml (2 cups) puréed fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
                        
                            4 to 5 ice cubes

            Directions
        
            
                
    For each cocktail, pour half the quantity indicated for each ingredient into a blender. Mix for several minutes.  Serve immediately in punch glasses. Repeat with remainder of ingredients.
