- In large bowl, season steak with 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt and pepper. Toss with 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Medium Garlic Sauce. Let marinate, in refrigerator, for 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Spray grill with PAM® Grilling Spray, and then preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In medium bowl, season red pepper, onion, and zucchini with remaining 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt. Toss with 1/2 cup (125 mL) VH® Medium Garlic Sauce.
- Grill steak, flipping once, for 6 minutes. Brush with reserved VH® Medium Garlic Sauce; grill, flipping once, for 2 to 4 minutes or until instant-read thermometer registers 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare. Alternatively, cook to preferred doneness. Let steak rest for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill veggies, turning, for 4 to 6 minutes or until well-marked and tender.
- Slice steak and serve with grilled veggies.
