- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Combine pasta sauce with Tabasco sauce and garlic. Season with pepper to taste.
- Place fish in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour sauce onto fish and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
- Garnish with coriander before serving.
- Accompany with bok choy and couscous.
Suggestion for substitution: This recipe can also be made with haddock or pollock.
