Ingredients

8 eggs

250 mL (1 cup) country-style 15% M.F. cream

125 mL (½ cup) milk

15 mL (1 tbsp.) dried thyme

To taste, salt and pepper

250 mL (1 cup) grated OKA L’ARTISAN cheese

½ Origine country-style loaf, cut in cubes

250 mL (1 cup) cooked ham cute in cubes

500 mL (2 cups) coarsely chopped spinach

250 mL (1 cup) grated Parmesan

Directions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, thyme, salt, and pepper, in a large bowl.
- Add the cheese, bread, ham, and spinach, and mix gently.
- Pour mixture into a 34 cm x 23 cm (13 in. x 9 in.) greased baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, top with grated Parmesan, and continue baking for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot from the oven. For a gourmet twist, drizzle on some maple syrup.
