Ingredients

90 mL (6 tbsp.) olive oil

30 mL (2 tbsp.) balsamic vinegar

30 mL (2 tbsp.) honey

10 mL (2 tsp.) dijon mustard

10 mL (2 tsp.) water

To taste, salt and pepper

1 container (128 g) baby kale
-
125 mL (1/2 cup) coarsely chopped walnuts

500 mL (2 cups) strawberries, quartered

180 g organic blue-veined cheese, sliced

drizzle honey (optional)

Directions

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, water, salt and pepper.

Combine kale, nuts and strawberries with the dressing in a bowl.
-
Serve salad onto four plates and garnish with sliced blue cheese in the centre.

Lightly zigzag salad with honey.
