Ingredients

175 mL (¾ cups) plain Greek yogurt

125 mL (½ cup) low fat ricotta cheese (2%)

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

5 mL (1 tsp.) lemon zest

10 mL (2 tsp.) lemon juice

To taste, salt and pepper

60 mL (¼ cup) grilled peppers in oil, drained

5-10 mL (1-2 tsp.) oil from grilled peppers

30-45 mL (2-3 tbsp.) toasted pine nuts

Directions
- Mix together the yogurt, ricotta cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Put dip into a serving bowl and garnish with thin strips of grilled peppers, oil from the grilled peppers, and pine nuts. Serve with bread croûtes.
