Ingredients

Sriracha mayo

  1. 60 mL (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  2. 60 mL (1/4 cup) Sriracha sauce

Fries

  1. 1 bag (650 g) McCain Superfries Crinkle Cut
  2. A pinch salt
  3. 250 mL (1 cup) bean sprouts
  4. A pinch finely chopped fresh cilantro
  5. 2 green onions, finely chopped
  6. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) crushed peanuts
  7. 1 lime, cut into wedges

Sriracha mayo

  1. Whisk ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.

Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F).
  2. Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt and toss to cover.
  3. Place salted fries on a serving dish. Top with bean sprouts and a drizzle of Sriracha mayo. Garnish with cilantro, green onions, crushed peanuts, and lime wedges.
  4. Serve with a side of Sriracha mayo for dipping.
