- Mix peanut butter and honey in medium bowl until blended.
- Add oats, nuts and ground flax; mix well.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Roll peanut butter mixture into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. peanut butter mixture for each ball.
- Pour sesame seed into small bowl. Add peanut butter balls, 1 at a time; roll to evenly coat each ball with sesame seed.
