Ingredients

  1. 1 Stefano Faita Tomato & Cheese pizza
  2. 6 thin slices of prosciutto
  3. A large handful of baby arugula
  4. Aged balsamic vinegar
  5. Parmesan cheese shards

Directions

  1. Bake pizza at 220°C (425°F) until edges are lightly browned and cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven to a cutting board, place prosciutto slices over pizza and scatter with arugula.
  3. Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar and top with Parmesan shards. Cut and serve immediately.
