Ingredients

  1. 375 mL (1½ cups) store-bought barbecue chicken, bones removed and shredded
  2. 60 mL (¼ cup) chopped green onions
  3. 60 mL (¼ cup) Store-bought salsa
  4. 2 large whole-wheat tortillas
  5. 60 mL (1/4 cup) Cheddar Marble Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, green onions, and salsa together in a bowl.
  2. Divide mixture evenly between tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Fold in sides and roll up to enclose filling. 
  3. Wrap tortillas in foil and bake in a 180°C (350°F) oven for about 8 minutes, or until filling is hot and cheese melted. 
  4. For super quick burritos, heat in microwave on HIGH until filling is hot, about 1 minute.
