Ingredients

1 tube 130 g Sushi à la Maison Cubes of Scallop for Tartare

15 mL (1 tbsp.) lime juice (about 1 lime)

30 mL (2 tbsp.) olive oil

To taste, fleur de sel

250 mL (1 cup) arugula

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 orange, divided into segments

6 strawberries, diced

To taste, pink peppercorns

2 mL (1/2 tsp.) lime zest (about 1/2 lime)

Directions

In a bowl, combine scallop cubes, lime juice, 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of olive oil, and fleur de sel. Marinate for 3 hours in fridge.

Garnish dish with arugula, avocado slices, orange segments, and strawberries.

Add marinated scallop cubes, top with pink peppercorns and lime zest, and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
