                            10 mL (2 tsp.) mayonnaise-style salad sauce
                        
                            15 mL (1 tbsp.) chili sauce
                        
                            2.5 mL (½ tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
                        
                            15 mL (1 tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
                        
                            To taste, spicy Tabasco-style sauce
                        
                            125 mL (½ cup) diced celery (about 1 medium stalk)
                        
                            4 wheat tortillas
                        
                            4 romaine lettuce leaves, centre ribs removed
