Ingredients

1 package elongated sweet peppers (2 to 4 peppers)

1 package (100 g) herb Capriny goat cheese

125 ml (1/2 cup) shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped

60 ml (¼ cup) yellow pepper, finely chopped

15 ml (1 tbsp) garlic flower

30 ml (2 tbsp) Compliments Whipped Salad Dressing

To taste, black pepper

Directions
- Slice each pepper in half crosswise.
- With a spoon, seed and remove white membranes without tearing peppers.
- Set aside. In a bowl, mix cheese, shrimp, chopped pepper, garlic flower, salad dressing and pepper.
- Stuff half-peppers with cheese mixture. Pack well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut peppers in 1 cm (1/2 inch) rounds and serve as bites.
Serving suggestions
- These bites go well on a plate of sushi.
- Serve cheese mixture as a cracker spread or vegetable dip.
