3 Mocktails with Iced Tea For a Refreshing Summer

To surf the heat waves of summer, there is nothing better than a cold glass of iced tea. Fuze® Lemon, Raspberry and Zero Sugar Lemon iced teas have been used to create mocktails (including one in an ice pop version!) to cool off for any occasion this season.

1. Non-Alcoholic Shandy with Iced Tea and Grapefruit

A shandy is a mixture of beer and lemonade that is adapted here in a non-alcoholic version. Instead of lemonade, we use a Fuze® Zero Sugar Lemon Iced Tea, a non-alcoholic lager and fresh grapefruit juice. Ready in minutes, it’s the perfect drink to sip on by the pool.

2. Lemon Ginger Iced Tea Slush

Be brought back to childhood with this homemade slush… now made for grown-ups. It has a mixture of candied ginger, Fuze® Lemon Iced Tea and ginger beer. To achieve the slushie effect, simply buzz ice cubes in a blender until you get a crushed ice consistency.

3. Raspberry Lemon Tea Popsicles

When the heat wave drags on, nothing is better than a very cold drink. So why not just make it a popsicle? For this recipe, start with a fruit syrup with fresh raspberries and sugar that’s brought to a boil. Then add Fuze® Raspberry Iced Tea, creating a vibrant, bright red colour. All that remains is to add fresh fruit to the moulds before freezing, and voilà!
