1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Place rack in centre of oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or use a reusable baking mat).
2. Cut baguette in half horizontally. Finely slice camembert and coarsely chop natural pecans.
3. Place baguette halves on baking sheet and spread with cheese and pecans.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
5. Meanwhile, finely slice apples.
6. Add apple slices on top of cheese and drizzle with honey. Garnish with arugula and serve.
