- In a large mug, whisk together the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Add the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and whisk, using a fork, until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix in 2 tbsp (30 ml) of the Chocolats Favoris Original Dark Chocolate Drops.
- Cook in the microwave at the maximum power level from 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the cake is puffed up and cooked through.
- Garnish with the remaining Chocolats Favoris Original Dark Chocolate Drops, let rest for 2 minutes, then enjoy.
Chef secret:
The mixture will puff up considerably while cooking. Make sure the cake mixture only fills up two-thirds of the mug before cooking to avoid spilling.
