Avocado and Dill Purée
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Assembly
- Lay out the cucumber slices in a serving dish. Top each slice with a spoonful of the avocado purée. Garnish with a piece of gravlax. Decorate with dill sprigs. Serve cold.
Chef’s tip
A great gluten-free appetizer, but feel free to replace the cucumber with slices of toasted bread.
