- Place the tea bags, honey and vanilla in a large measuring cup. Pour in the boiling water and let infuse for 5 minutes. Remove and compost the tea bags. Let cool.
- Using a milk frother, cold foam half (1/2 cup/125 ml) of the milk.
- In two large glasses filled with ice cubes, pour in the remaining milk and the tea mixture. Top with the frothed milk.
- Top with a drizzle of honey or sprinkle with cinnamon.
Chef’s tip : You can play around with this basic recipe by adding spices, such as star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.
