- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Check the temperature: the jam is ready when it reaches 105 °C (220 °F) on a thermometer or visibly thickens.
- Skim off any foam during cooking.
Chef’s Tip
Frozen berries release more water: extend the cooking time by a few minutes or drain them before use to achieve a nicely set jam.
