- Cook Blue Dragon Ramen Noodles as per instructions on package and drain. Rinse under cold water and toss to prevent sticking. Set aside. (5 minutes)
- Heat dashi or stock in a saucepan. Add cooked noodles and Blue Dragon Chili Crisp. Stir and divide between two serving bowls. (10 minutes)
- Top ramen noodles with spinach, egg, green onions, and Blue Dragon Sushi Nori strips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
