- Prepare the HAIKU rice vermicelli noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain.
- In a bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, TABASCO® Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, honey and cornstarch. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken strips for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour in the sauce. Bring to boil over medium heat.
- Add the noodles. Stir until the sauce thickens.
