- Mix the Greek seasoning, the cracked black pepper and the sea salt for the rim mix.
- Rim a tall glass with the rim mix.
- Add the gin, hot sauce, red wine, lemon juice.
- Add ice then pour in the Mott’s Clamato Pickled Bean.
- Give the cocktail a stir to incorporate all the flavours together. Garnish with pepperoni sticks and skewered aged cheddar.
