- Preheat the barbecue to medium-low. Oil grill.
- Mix together the flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, coconut, almonds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Use a fork to incorporate butter into dry ingredients until texture is crumbly. Set aside.
- Place nectarines, cut-side down, on the grill and cook about 2 minutes.
- Turn them over and place on a sheet of aluminum foil on the grill.
- Sprinkle nectarines with the dry mixture and continue grilling with lid closed for about 10 minutes, or until nectarines are soft and the mixture golden brown.
- Serve 2 nectarine halves with a scoop of vanilla ice cream per person.
