- In a small pot over medium heat, cook the garlic and shallot in the oil until golden, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Transfer to an airtight container and let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate. The honey will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator. Let sit out at room temperature and mix well before serving.
