Strawberry Milk
- In a blender, purée the strawberries with the sugar and half of the milk (1/2 cup/125 ml) until smooth. Strain through a sieve, if desired. Add the remaining milk and mix well. Set aside.
Matcha
- In a small bowl, whisk together the boiling water and matcha until the powder has dissolved. Set aside.
- With an electric milk frother or handheld frother, cold foam the strawberry milk.
- Place the ice cubes in a large glass. Pour in the matcha mixture. Top with the frothed strawberry milk. Serve with a straw, if desired.

Feel free to double the recipe to make two lattes at once.
