- Place cocoa powder in large bowl. Slowly stir in boiling water. Strain through fine-mesh sieve to remove any lumps of cocoa. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
- Store covered in refrigerator, up to 5 days until ready to use.
- For each cup of hot coffee, stir in 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) of Café Mocha mix.
