- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water, drain and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, mix and set aside.
- Pour a drizzle of oil into a skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add zucchini Season with salt and pepper and cook for 4 minutes. Add to bowl containing pasta.
- Blend all dressing ingredients using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
- Add cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, olives and tuna to large bowl containing pasta.
- Add dressing, stir gently and serve.
